Dyrhólaey, Iceland

Dyrhólaey, Iceland
Dyrhólaey, literally “door hill island”, the gigantic black arch of lava which forms the southernmost point of Iceland. A short drive from Vík í Mýrdal.
An impressive sight, but a less impressive capture of it, I guess. I never particularly liked it but at least it is a snapshot that shows I’ve stood there, looking down on this giant arch. 🙂
