Part of my Chelsea Bridge — Albert Bridge photo walk. There is a whole series of Peace Pagodas created around the world to help unite people in their search for world peace. It is an initiative from the Japanese Buddhist monk Nichidatsu Fujii. For some reason, Britain has 3 pagodas (Milton Keynes, Birmingham and this one in London) while the rest of Europe only has two: one in Vienna, Austria and one in Comiso, Italy. I would say we certainly can use more Peach Pagodas here in Europe.

  1. As always such wonderful and inspiring photographs here at your site. I like the placement of the structure and the beauty of film (of course).
