Omikuji vending machines

Kodak TRI-X at EI 800, developed in HC-110 dilution B for 11 minutes, agitation: 2 inversions every 30 seconds
Judging by the fences I saw erected, at Naritasan the crowds for the hatsumode (first temple visit of the New Year) are enormous and the lines to buy the omikuji (fortunes) no doubt just as long. So if you’re in a hurry, don’t wait in line and buy your omikuji at the machine and they are probably selling omikuji 24/7 which is always good to know after an all night binge.
