I confess, I never liked Regent Street: To me it is a constant procession of extremely noisy and smelly buses and cars and I feel trapped on the narrow and crowded pavements and I get all claustrophobic. Why not close Regent-, Bond- and Oxford Street for traffic in the weekends and have most of the bus lines terminate there instead of hundreds of buses moving at a creep through the streets as one giant red snake? However, I like this photo that I took from an open window of the National Geographic store.
