Seen in Ōyama, just outside Tokyo. On trains between Asaka (where we were staying) and Ikebukuro we would always notice Ōyama as it certainly looked like a fun place to visit, especially at night when the streets around the station were bumbling with life and looking jolly. In the end I visited and it was one of those place where time has stood still a little and the big chains hadn’t taken over the area yet and made it boring; the old and tiny shops made it pretty interesting.
