One of the most medieval locations in Zutphen, one of the oldest cities in The Netherlands: The tower of the Sint Walburgiskerk, locally known as the Walburgkerk, and the old buildings at the end of the market. Parts of the church date back to the 11th century, but the current exterior dates from the 13th and 16th century. It is world famous for the Librije, the chained library of 750 books dating back to 1561.
